The average list price for all listings in Bridgewater Township is $458,560. There were 26 new listings in Bridgewater Township last month with an average list price of $537,650. There were also 43 homes that have gone under contract in the past 30 days with an average list price of $636.962 and 32 days on market.
Units going under contract averaged 47 days on the market. Three hundred fifty-nine units went "under contract" in February, up slightly from 335 in the prior month. Newly listed properties in the same period totaled 207, down slightly from 217 in the preceding month. Our total inventory number decreased from 1.019 this time last year to 452 units, 56% less than last year.
