55+ Buying & Selling
As we begin to mature, our life styles often require us to take a close look at what type of housing conditions this process will require. As a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and a senior myself, I lend a lot of empathy.
I can assist you in the process of rightsizing in order to find a property that is better suited for you to “age in place”, finding 55+ communities in our area, and in disposing of your current property if the time comes for to you enter into an assisted living facility or relocation to a retirement area.
I am intimately familiar with this process and have many resources that I work with who can assist with the financing, tax, legal, and investment considerations.
And, being involved in the local Hunterdon and Somerset communities, I have in-depth knowledge about the services available to our senior community.

My Prior Experience: Prior to Real Estate I was Senior Account Manager with experience in selling large scale and complex ERP and Store solutions to apparel and retail verticals. I have also successfully managed the design, development and implementation of systems for several major retailers including Allied Stores and Macy’s. Many of the project management and negotiating skills developed in these activities directly relate to my current real estate activities.
