Who I am: I am an agent with 20+ years of residential experience employed by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage focused on real estate in the Hunterdon and Somerset County areas of New Jersey. My unique experience in technology allows me to use Coldwell Banker’s “big data” to understand the profile of people moving into your area and market to them directly via social media giving my sellers the lowest time on the market at the highest possible selling price.

As a buyer, you are facing the complex tasks of finding the right home in an area that suits you, arranging the financing and going through the many intricate steps required in order to acquire that property. As a seller, you are facing the task of understanding the complexities of your local market, pricing your house correctly and marketing it using technology that brings results. Being involved in the local communities and chambers of commerce of both Hunterdon and Somerset Counties.

My Prior Experience: Prior to Real Estate I was Senior Account Manager with experience in selling large scale and complex ERP and Store solutions to apparel and retail verticals. I have also successfully managed the design, development and implementation of systems for several major retailers including Allied Stores and Macy’s. Many of the project management and negotiating skills developed in these activities directly relate to my current real estate activities.
